Dear Rick and Rita Case,
I wanted to let you know just how I appreciated the above and beyond service that I received from your service department in Duluth.
I brought my broken-down, 2001 Mitsubishi Montero to your service department in late June. Prior to arriving at your location, I spoke with Brian Consaul about the possibility of needing a replacement engine. After a few days, I was contacted and told that "the engine is running fine but there are other issues that need to be addressed." I agreed to all the suggested repairs for the vehicle.
The second week in July I was notified that the vehicle had been mis-diagnosed. I really did need major engine work and eventually a replacement engine.
I was impressed in how Brian handled the deliverance of information to me. Brian also had a solution to how this would not cost more $$$$ than what was discussed in the original repair quote.
That put the "WOW" (walk on water) in my situation. I am due to pick up my Mitsubishi on this day.
Brian: you and your team Rock. You restored life back to my truck, you provided me with a car during my entire service and I was kept informed. I also want to thank Monica Brown, she is always very pleasant and helpful!
You will have my business for many years to come.
